We are patient and understanding and our salon has been designed to provide a welcoming and safe environment for all our customers dogs, particularly those who are new to grooming or are nervous about being handled.
Kim, our head groomer has achieved level 2 and 3 qualifications in dog grooming, she has also been working alongside a veterinary behaviour specialist to gain the relevant skills to deal with different breeds of dogs and to ensure that she carries out your dog’s groom in a calm and comforting manner.
Kim is certified in dog first aid.
